LAW 9601 - Trademark Law and Unfair Competition This course begins with an examination of the common law of unfair competition, including business torts such as false advertising, trade disparagement, interference with contract and trademark infringement. The federal law governing trademark registration and infringement is explored in detail including an examination of subject matter, ownership, remedies, defenses, and trademark dilution.
