LAW 9252 - Torts II

Extends the concepts learned in Torts I to specific modern torts. Emphasizes products liability actions and includes considerationof the action for defamation and invasion of privacy; and alternatives to the tort compensation system.

The content of this course is tested on the bar exam in a majority of states.

Prerequisite: Torts I
