LAW 9171 - Legal Research and Writing III: Litigation Continuation of Legal Research and Writing I and II. Students will draft an appellate brief and related assignments; present an appellate oral argument; work on a variety of professional communication and presentation skills, both written and oral; and expand their research skills. Classes will include both lectures and significant experiential learning through small‑group exercises.
Students cannot earn credit in both Legal Research and Writing III: Litigation and Legal Research and Writing III: General Practice and Transactional
