LAW 9597 - International Human Rights Law This course studies the policy, principles, and enforcement mechanisms for protection of human rights under contemporary international human rights law within the framework of the United Nations and the regional systems of Africa, Europe, and the Americas. Topics include the way international human rights law functions within the domestic law of the United States. Current problems in human rights protection provide the context for study.
