LAW 9307 - Evidence Examines common law rules and modern rule systems for admission and exclusion of real evidence and testimonial evidence. Emphasis is on relevancy, competence, opinions, impeachment, the hearsay rule with exceptions, privileges, judicial notice, and presumptions.
The content of this course is tested on the bar exam in a majority of states.
