LAW 9529 - Deposit Regulation & Bank Operations

This course will review state and federal laws and regulations applicable to deposit taking and bank operations. The course will review the Bank Secrecy Act, Financial Recordkeeping requirements, Truth‑in‑Savings, Electronic Funds Transfer, and Reserve Requirements and other applicable laws and regulations. This course will also review state and federal laws and regulations applicable to bank operations. The course will review Privacy Regulations, Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Bribery Act, Bank Protection Act, and Interbank Liabilities.
