The Hamline University Dual Degree Program in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management allows you to save time and money while completing two graduate degree programs: Master in Public Administration and Master in Nonprofit Management.
The Dual Degree Program in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management helps working professionals develop the core competencies they need to succeed and lead in today’s diverse government and nonprofit environments.

MPA/MNM Degree Requirements (72 credits and 3.0 GPA):
6 MNM Courses (24 credits)
6 MPA Courses (24 credits)
2 Cross-Sector Courses (8 credits)
3 Elective Courses (12 credits)
- MNM Elective (4 credits)
- MPA Elective (4 credits)
- Additional Elective (4 credits)
Additional Program Requirement
For students with limited nonprofit or government sector experience: Completion of an internship.
