Theatre/Dance Licensing for K-12 Teachers

The department of theatre arts and communication studies has been approved by the state of Minnesota to offer the K-12 license in theatre/dance. Fulfillment of the state requirement requires 13 courses in theatre/dance. Individuals contemplating a teaching license should meet with an advisor in the theatre department as soon as possible to facilitate course planning.
