MNM 8211 - Leading through Change This course helps students understand organizations at a systems level, improve decisions, increase creativity, enhance others’ performance and develop capacity to build a healthy, productive workplace. Students experience how conflict is managed individually and systemically through assessing culture elements such as patterns, roles, concerns, power differentials and differing workplace assumptions and work in teams to design customized change leadership responses. They learn how assessments, buy-in, design teams, development, implementation, roll-out and feedback loops and other group process practices can build their capacity to lead systemic change more effectively.
