MBA 8040 - HR Strategy

Typically the majority of an organization’s costs relate to people, yet few organizations take a strategic approach to HR management. This course provides an in-depth review of the essential elements required to develop a strategic HR role. It also includes the development of a human capital strategic plan for an organization, which facilitates student skill development in this critical area.
