		State Testing Requirements
  - MTLE: World Language and Culture Spanish K-12 (sub test 1 and sub test 2)
  - Assessment of Language Proficiency Test
    The above assumes you have a valid Minnesota full-time license, exempting you from the basic skills and pedagogy test requirements. Pedagogy Requirements Satisfied by MN Teaching License
 These requirements are deemed as satisfied by a valid Minnesota full-time teaching license. Remaining Pedagogy Requirements - Additional License, K-12
 Methods Requirements - World Languages
 Content Requirements - Spanish
 Six Spanish courses beyond SPAN 3220
 These six courses must:   - Include three or more courses taught in Spanish
  - Incorporate a global sampling of Spanish-speaking geographic regions
  - Include a variety of courses in Literature, Politics, History, Language, and Culture
   Additional Licensure Notes
  - There is a 7-year limit for students to complete licensure requirements, including passing advanced practicum and applying for the Minnesota teaching license.
  - Additional license candidates are not eligible for the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree. Ask your advisor about options for advanced degrees or other continuing education at Hamline.
