ENCM 3405 - Studies in Professional Communication: Grantwriting

Goals: This course will serve as a general grant writing course, open to all students, to develop the resources and skills to locate and write grant proposals and grant calls.

Content: Students will learn and interact with grant databases; develop the research methods to research grant proposals and execution; write sample grant proposals; get experiences writing specific grant sections, such as budgets letters of intent, which directly extends to professional writing in all contexts; and learn research processes to meet the requirements of grant proposals.
