MUS 1040 - Music Technology for Creative Artists

Goals: To provide the creative musical artist with foundational digital tools.

Content: This course is primarily an introduction to LOGIC as the preferred software for DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations) and the essential tool for the contemporary artist. Class activities will focus on experience with: Basic LOGIC/DAW session workflow; Midi and single source audio programming and recording.
