LGST 8026 - Applied Conflict Resolution


This course provides the necessary foundation and context for understanding and evaluating the dynamics of conflict behavior and interactions from multiple points of view, and the assumptions underlying specific approaches to intervention with a focus on how obvious and not-so-obvious cultural differences impact the resolution of disputes. The course will introduce and examine theoretical and practical approaches to diagnosing and solving complex organizational conflict.

Prerequisites: LGST 8000 and LGST 8020, grades of C- or better

Credits: 4
