Interactive Leadership Minor

The Minor in Interactive Leadership is designed to give business and non-business majors alike an introduction to leadership theories, processes, and skills to help them be effective change makers in organizational settings across the for-profit, non-profit, and government sectors, regardless of their position. Coupling the Minor in Interactive Leadership with a functional major can help students understand how to manage themselves, and how to use this self-knowledge to effectively assess and interact within their organizational network to create results in the world of work.
