MBA 8190 - Business Process–People


Managers have an increasing variety of technology-based tools to assist them in managing people. These tools can be useful in gathering and storing information, tracking employee performance, and in making decisions that affect the overall effectiveness and efficiency of their employees. This component of Module 1 will expose students to some of these tools, including Human Resource Information Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
