Nonprofit organizations continually evolve through a lifecycle and are affected by their ever-changing environment. Strategic planning is a technique used by organizational leaders to think strategically about organizational adaptability and long-term viability. Students will gain an understanding of the strategic planning process through the use of the strategic change cycle.
