MBA 8011 - Leading Through Change This course will help you understand organizations at a systems level, improve decisions, increase creativity, enhance others’ performance and your capacity to build a healthy, productive workplace. Students will experience how conflict is managed individually and systemically through assessing culture elements such as patterns, roles, concerns, power differentials and differing workplace assumptions and will work in teams to design customized change leadership responses. They will learn how assessments, buy-in, design teams, development, implementation, roll-out and feedback loops and other group process practices can build their capacity to lead systemic change more effectively.
