LAW 9222 - Advanced Civil Procedure

Highly recommended for anyone interested in pursuing a judicial clerkship or a legal career that includes litigation, this course studies advanced civil procedure topics, including electronic discovery, class action and complex litigation, injunctions and preliminary relief, jury trial, post‑trial motions, and appellate review.
