GED 8091 - Becoming a Critically Reflective Practitioner I


This course helps teachers develop their reflective capacities by providing the opportunity for rigorous inquiry into their own educational practices. Because it takes courage for educators to scrutinize their own practice, students will be placed in critical reflection teams and will be supported by a community of peers while they work toward improving their pedagogy and reflective skills in teaching and learning.

Credits: 1 credit
Requirements: Completion of student teaching and admission to the MAT program. Concurrent enrollment in the first content course in an induction series.
