MBA 8040 - HR Strategy Typically the majority of an organization’s costs relate to people, yet few organizations take a strategic approach to HR management. This course provides an in-depth review of the essential elements required to develop a strategic HR role. It also includes the development of a human capital strategic plan for an organization, which facilitates student skill development in this critical area. This course should be of interest to HR professionals, those who are considering the field of HR, and/or those who are interested in the potential to significantly impact organizational profits.
